The bump continues to grow;)

I was lucky enough a few weeks ago to have a girlfriend of mine come take some shots for me of my little family:) She did it 8 months pregnant too!

Mu Furry Weekend

So this weekend was a little extra long one for me;) I had Friday off, which involved sleeping in..oh how I love sleeping in, and know that those days are numbered!! Later in the early afternoon my girlfriend came over to take some belly shots for me..we had a such a great time doing it..will show the results when they are complete! Thursday night I should start out with, cause that's when our furry weekend began. Dave's family dog came and spent the night with us as his mom was away and dad was coming home the next day:) Than on saturday after some errans, one which involved purchasing a glider...thank God for baby days at Sears~ my brother and his friend, with two little girls in tow, and there new furry friend, dropped of our crib! My brothers friend and his wife who's two little girsl are growing up generously donated their crib to us, plus a monitor, a never before used baby carrier, and a swack load of clothes for when our peanut is a year old!!! Can you say blessed!!! So off they went after dropping the stuff of, but left the little furry one behind to spend the day with Dave and I. He was a great little visitor and such a good boy at our house;) We played and napped and went for a nice long walk on the river:) All in all a great weekend...busy but fun!! Today consisted of a family lunch after church, another walk on the river, and some photo's for my friend and her hubby(she's due in a month, and she's the one who took my belly shots, so I did some for her). What a beautiful weekend it was!

Which one would you choose???

Ok, so I am finding myself to be a little bit of a reality tv addict;) The one's I follow right include: American idol, Dancing with the stars, and America's next top Model:) And of course when Jillian returns to the bachelorette this May..that will be up there too!

So I was thinking last night as I was in reality tv land...if I could go on any of these shows which one would I choose??? Well, I decided that it would be....

Ok, so we are not talking about in reality here people..unless they had a top model for 5"1 curvy pregnant women...but lets just pretend:) The reasons why I would love to be on this show, is well, to live in new york in a fabulous apartment for a while, you get to travel, you win prizes which usually include fabulosu clothes and jewelry, you get a make over, you get people to do your hair and make up for you to make you look "fierce" for these fantastic photo shoots. And you get to have amazing portraits of yourself..in crazy outfits of course..doesnt sound so bad does it?? Anyways, so yes that would be my show of choice! What would yours be??

I don't know if any of you watch this show, but I do, and love it:) I am entertained by their realism, their adorable kids, and they have some great idea's of what to do with your kids!

It's been really bugging me though this week about this conterversy over them breaking up. Basically if you don't konw there was rumors that Jon was visiting his mom who had just had surgery and went out with some old friends to a party that ended up being a college party. He did admit going there, but nothing past that. where of course the tabloids took it to he was getting drunk with college girls, and cheating on his wife. Of course they make her out to be a bag...which I mean yes, she is bossy and a type A personality...but come on people do any of you have 8 kids?? Give her a break!

Anyways, this family is christian, and it makes me so sad to think their name is being dragged through the mud instead of being used to set an example. Anyways, that's my second rant for the day, just thought i would share and see if any of you have any opinions.

Rain Rain and more Rain..oh wait and a little snow!

ok, is anyone else SICK of this weather because I know I am! I was told when got pregnant, oh don't by to many winter clothes because you will get so hot as time goes on, and really should have most of your pregnancy in the spring..well, let me tell ya, my clothes are starting to not fit, and its still snowing outside! I am done with this weather, and now, we have another couple weeks of rain!! So I am going to pray today, and pray hard, that this weather stops, and the sun comes out and warms our souls..I know mine could use it:)

My New Toy:)

So a couple of weeks ago I posted on this new toy that I was getting...my little frothing machine from Epicure:) Well it arrived on Friday, and I got my tea misto supplies this weekend! I started my tea making on Monday morning, and all is going well! Tastes exactly the same, and I know I am going to save a lot of coin along the way:) Anyways, I just thought I would share on my journey to prepare for a life on EI, and learning to cut back! Its so going to be worth it though to have her here.....did I mention I wish it was June???
