Post three of the day!
You’re up all night with a screaming baby You run all day at the speed of life
And every day you feel a little bit less like the beautiful woman you are
So you fall into bed when you run out of hours and you wonder if anything worth doing got done Well maybe you just don’t know or maybe you’ve forgotten
That you, you are changing the worldone little heartbeat at a time
Making history with every touch and every smile
Oh you, you may not see it now but I believe that time will tell
how you, you are changing the worldone little heartbeat at a time
With every, “I know you can do it”and every tear that you kiss away
So many little things that seem to go unnoticed
they’re just like the drops of rainover time, they become a river
And you, you are changing the worldone little heartbeat at a time
Making history with every touch and every smil
eOh you, you may not see it nowbut I believe that time will tell
how you, you are changing the worldone little heartbeat at a time
You’re beautiful, so beautifulhow you’re changing the world,
yeah you’re changing the worldYou,
you are changing the worldone little heartbeat at a time
Making history with every touch and every smile
Oh you, you may not see it nowbut I believe that time will tell how
you, you are changing the worldI believe that you, you are changing the world
one little heartbeat at a time

While baby sleeps...
The other big thing I have been working on around here is for my granny. Cleaning out her house after my grandfather died last spring was quite the ordeal! over sixty years of memories all over the place. She now lives in my aunts basement suite, its quant but small. So what do you do with all that stuff?? Well, most of its gone, but all those pictures, I couldn't let her let them go. So I have taken on the task of organizing them all, pulling them all out of the old albums, organizing them, and than I am going to put some in albums and the rest in photo boxes. Its turned out to be quite the project as you can see from my dining room table!
So those are just of the few side things that I have been up to this rainy January:)
One of the things that I found while going through all this stuff was the newspaper clipping of my grandparents wedding announcement! So crazy, with details such as what her dress was made out of, her flowers, and a list of many of the guests!! Can you tell they were from a small town way back in the day????:) Looking at all these pictures, seeing my relatives so young..so full of life makes me wish I could jump into that picture and see what they were like back than. To watch my grandparents and parents date, grow up, be kids..wouldn't that be interesting??

till they are two...they weren't kidding!
Today was good though, as I got a much needed break, a shopping break actually! and it was great! To metrotown my mommy and me friends went..all sans babies, and what a joyous time we had! we shopped, drank coffee, ate, and chatted..perfect day really:) and the best part...coming home to that sweet little face, with those chubby cheeks that are waiting to be kissed. I battled it at first, felt like a horrible mom actually when I was relieved to get a break, but than I realized, i am being a good mom by doing so..because we all need a break to regroup once and awhile:) And I feel so much better, and know that I will be a better mom tomorrow for doing so! Ready to face the rest of this journey of teething..h-e-deouble hockey stick, and enjoying the happy, smiley, full of fun moments in between! Because they are there, a lot of them actually...just not at 2am:)*grin*
So lord, as I close this entry, help my baby girl have a good sleep, with lots of rest, and for her mama too..we could use it:) thank you...and goodnight.

28. What did you do on your birthday and how old are you?
-I turned 27 and we went to seattle for the weekend with my brother and SIL.

35. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2009
-I could write a book on this one. But the biggest thing I learned in 2009 was I learned how to be content. And it is the best feeling in the world. So many things fall into place, and I have gained a whole new persepective on life by getting this concept!
OK, now for my word for 2010.....its CREATE. I have always been a pretty creative artsy person. Grew up around music, arts, loved to color, design, paint, scrapbook..ect. but over the past decade those things kind of got put on the shelf as pursued other things. But I really feel that I have been building my role as a for now, stay at home mom, these things are starting to blossom again, and I am excited! I have lots of neat projects I am working on right now, and a few fun classes I am going to be taking over the next couple of months that i am really excited about! So as i walk this journey, I will try and post things as I learn and grow! But being creative isn't just in the tangible sense. I also want to create, a better home, filled with more love, security, joy, ect..for my hubby and my girl...I am so excited for this year and things to come. We have some big hurdles ahead that I am terrified of on some level, but I am trusting my KING as I know he will provide...and I will just pursue what he has called me to!
